An avid fisherman, Captain Gormley has been fishing the Chesapeake Bay since he was a boy.

Captain Gormley is a United States Coast Guard licensed Captain and a member of Chesapeake Area Professional Captain's Association.

Captain Gormley is a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service and has fished the offshore and inshore waters from Maine to Florida.
